Our CoC partners with the State of California by submitting data quarterly to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH). HDIS is a data system created by the State to evaluate the State’s response to homelessness. All CoCs in the State are invited to participate. 

The visual to the left shows the clients that have accessed services in multiple CoCs in California. In 2021, only 6.3% of clients in our community of Monterey and San Benito counties accessed services in other CoCs.
