Mission
To eliminate homelessness in Monterey and San Benito Counties by promoting regional partnerships and interagency collaboration for a comprehensive system of housing for our diverse population.
Coalition Roles
- Coordinate providers and stakeholders; Interagency coordination.
- Administer CoC / Lead Applicant; Administer HMIS & CES / Administer Leadership Council.
- Research, train, and support providers in learning about best practices.
- Advocate on the subject of homelessness with policy makers, public funders, and those with lived experience.
- Coordinate/facilitate community-wide education.
- Incubate/catalyze new practices and fill gaps to create continuity of service without becoming a direct service provider.
