What is the
Continuum of Care (CoC)?
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program is designed to promote community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. The CoC Program also provides funding for non-profit providers and state/local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families, minimizing the trauma homelessness causes to individuals, families, and communities. Finally, the CoC Program promotes access to and utilization of mainstream programs and optimizes self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
