RE: Monterey/San Benito Counties’ Continuum of Care is seeking proposals for the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Supplemental to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (Special NOFO).
Monterey/San Benito Counties, California – The US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued its Notice of Funding Opportunity for FY 2022 Continuum of Care (CoC) Special NOFO. Eligible activities include Permanent Supportive Housing, Joint Transitional Housing/Rapid Re-housing, Outreach (Supportive Services Only), and Rapid Re-housing NOTE: All local Special NOFO project applications are due by 5:00 pm PST, September 15, 2022. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on August 18, 2022 via Zoom for all interested applicants. Applications received from organizations that do not attend the pre-proposal conference will not be considered for funding.
